Search
Shippers (or Hauliers) post loads, hauliers search and view loads based on their requirements (location, date, rate etc..)
Apply
Hauliers apply to fulfil the load directly through the platform. The shipper is notified of applications, they review the haulier's profile and can contact the haulier to discuss the load. The shipper selects a Haulier in the platform and the relevant parties are notified.
Transport
Once selected, the haulier is notified of the load details including non-public info such as company name and postcode. The Haulier is provided all the key collection and delivery information to coordinate and complete the load.
Payment
We are working hard to have payments on the platform soon, but until then please agree payment terms with the shipper and invoice them as per your normal process.
